Thursday , March 11: SANTIAGO DE CHILE
Reception at the airport and transfer to Hotel Santiago Park Plaza.
In the afternoon sightseeing tour of the city including a visit to the handicraft village of Los Graneros del Alba.
At evening, transfer to Restaurant CAMINO REAL located at the top of the San Cristobal Hill, where together with the delicious dinner, we will enjoy a magnificent overview of the city with the Andes on its back.
Return to the hotel. Overnight.

Friday, March 12: MAIPO VALLEY
Today we will visit the Maipo Valley, the most traditional in Chile and with more qualities for the production of premium wines. An ecosystem that join the perfect conditions to produce a high quality cabernet sauvignon. With the Maipo River bordering the wineries and surrounded by the Andes and Coastal Mountain chains, a perfect microclimate is developed for the growing of the best vines.
Our tour includes a visit to Concha y Toro Winery, probably the Winery that has made famous the Chilean wine worldwide.
Afterwards, our lunch will be at Restaurant LA CALMA DE RITA.
After lunch we will continue to the modern Haras de Pirque Winery. We will enjoy the wines and besides the visit to the cellars, we will visit their farm for the breeding of blood horses.
Return to Santiago. Overnight.

Saturday, March 13: COLCHAGUA VALLEY
Today we will enjoy a beautiful journey. The tour starts with a bus transfer to the city of San Fernando. Once there we will board the Wine Train for a 90 minutes trip to the town of Santa Cruz. On board the old steam train,  we will be delighted by an open wine bar and typical Chilean appetizers.
The Colchagua Valley was declared the Best Wine Region in the World on 2005. This valley has always been an agricultural valley. The perfect weather conditions, the best technology and the permanent of human creativity, have allowed an impressive wine industry development.
Nowadays this valley leads the production of Ultra Premium Wines in Chile, has the best International projection and is also an important touristic region in the country.
We will visit Viu Manent Winery, where old horse carriages will drive us through the grapes plantations. We will have lunch at Restaurant LA LLAVERIA, belonging to the vineyard.
After lunch we proceed to VOE, a vineyard that has a different technique to produce wines, all of them are bio-organics.
Accommodation at Hotel Santa Cruz Plaza. Free dinner. Overnight.

Sunday, March 14: COLCHAGUA VALLEY
Free morning. We suggest to visit the interesting Colchagua Museum, the biggest private museum in Chile.
Today we will visit Bisquert Winery, where we will have lunch. Then we will proceed to MontGras winery, where we will invite you to create your own wine. This is a very fun activity, in where we can play with the flavours and aromas mixing three different vines. Each person will be able to create their own mixture, creating a very personalized wine, which we will bottle and take with us.
We will continue to Santa Cruz Vineyard, where we will visit reproductions of the most important native towns in Chile, such as Aymara, Mapuche and Rapa Nui.
An spectacular BBQ dinner will be served on this winery.
After dinner, we will visit the Astronomical Observatory of Cerro Chamán, located in the winery. We will have the chance to know more about the mysteries of the universe.
Return to the hotel. Overnight.

Monday, March 15: SANTA CRUZ / VIÑA DEL MAR
Early departure to Viña del Mar. We will take secondary roads, passing through picturesque towns. We will also pass through the hydroelectric plant of Rapel.
Before arriving to the “garden city”, we will visit “Puro Caballo”, a typical Chilean Horse Stable where you can enjoy a fun day experiencing a real Chilean Creole show which showcases the traditions of Chile’s countryside, local rural style, folklore and cuisine.
Once in Viña del Mar, we will visit the most interesting sites before arriving to Hotel San Martin.
Free dinner. Overnight.


Tuesday, March 16: VALPARAISO
In the morning we will visit Valparaíso, cultural capital of Chile. Declared World Heritage by UNESCO. We will walk through its narrow streets, visiting among other highlights, the Open Sky Museum that shows murals done by national and Latin American painters.
Lunch at Restaurant CAFÉ TURRI, with a magnificent view of the bay.
Free afternoon. Free dinner. Overnight.

Early departure to the Aconcagua Valley in order to visit an Alpaca farm. We will learn about these nice animals and also have the chance of visit the store in case you want to take with you products done with this very well demanded wool.
The tour continues to Errazuriz Vineyard, visiting its centenary cellars and ending with a lunch in the winery.
After lunch we will proceed to Santiago.
Accommodation at Hotel Santiago Park Plaza.
At evening, transfer to Restaurant COMO AGUA PARA CHOCOLATE, where we will have our farewell dinner.
Return to the hotel. Overnight.

Thursday, March 18: SANTIAGO DE CHILE
At the agreed time, transfer to the airport and assistance to board International departure flight.
